Summary/Abstract: The Author of the article tries to draw a common citizen’s attitude to spheres of social and political life. The Author point a out that political phenomena of great scale cause citizen’s highly negative attitude to the political sphere. Social phenomena of smaller scale (eg. related to professional activities) cause less intensive but still negative feelings towards that sphere. So, only a private life is a base for positive human feelings. The Author of the article considers defensive citizen’s attitude to social and political spheres as an egotism of private sphere. The Author calls for overcoming this egotism by being more concerned by the Good than the Evil existing in social and political phenomena. „A cosmic” greatness of religious or ethic ideas need not cause private life to close itself in a cameral dimension but to open itself for wide horizons of social and political lives.
