ANALYSIS ASPECTS INTEGRATOR HISTORICAL, LEGAL AND SOCIAL OF DISABILITY

Summary/Abstract: The persons with disability have been an object of very different social treatments along the History reflected in the area of the Law. This includes from practices as the extermination, the abandon, the exhibitionism, or the imprisonment to, at the far end, the gods' consideration (Malaysia or northern(Nordic) cultures), happening(passing) for intermediate stadiums, as the charity or - in the last third of the century XX - the protection. Nowadays international organizations and, legislative national measures have given an important step in the attempt of being convenient (agreeing) the social rights of the disabled persons, still(yet) way stays for crossing, budgetary difficulties and competenciales are the principal reef(obstacle). This work claims, without losing of sight the past that always it(he,she) facilitates to face the future, to propose policies trasversales and social participation with the intention of harmonizing the diversity to obtain the end(purpose), which is to normalize the situation of this group as full citizens.
