Summary/Abstract: In that article we defend the necessity of the diferent expressions in the human sexuality and the need to build a common genus, and where the expression of the sexuality isn't the defining diferences between men and women. We can born men or women, but become men or women is the consequence of weaving through the values and culture that it’s impose to us, and look us a stereotyped image. Human are "more than bodies", the human body is transformed. People said that human is governed by the brain, but it isn't the fact of society, in which the brain doesn't prevail, prevailing the common interest to live in community. In the search of the armony of the countered interest, we use the laws and "agents" that we consider like necessary for all the laws can be achieved, and all based and seeking the "common good"
