Summary/Abstract: The MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is designed to measure the psychological preferences in how human beings perceive the world and take their decisions. These preferences were extrapolated from the typological theories proposed by Carl Gustav Jung (Psychological Types, 1921).
