Summary/Abstract: Following the events of 1981 the social, political and juridical Status of the Albanians and the Autonomous Region of Kosova gradually became reduced. This phenomenon became more obvious after Milosevic became President of Serbia in 1985, when he relied on the most conservative and nationalistic forces of Serbia.
