Privatization, Corporate Management and Restructuring in the Czech Republic

Summary/Abstract: Using a broad definition of the concept of corporate management, the author attempts to identify the basic actors in firm strategies, their motivations in the context of the privatization process, and the institutional framework of the entire transformation in the Czech Republic. The restructuring of enterprises is viewed as the most urgently necessary firm strategy.
