Summary/Abstract: Dynamic generation cost is one of the methods of assessment of investment effectiveness taking into account investment outlays, operational costs and utilitarian effects of the investment. It serves first of all as a tool of choice of a project characterized by the minimal cost of achieving a certain aim. The utility of this indicator as a basis for calculating a price of services (product) is limited due to the fact that the way the project is financed and an income tax are not taken into account.
