Summary/Abstract: The problem of the participants’ liability in the chain of contracts during the insolvancy procedure was born, naturally, in the context of recent famous insolvencies. There is no longer any doubt that the insolvency of a big company can involve altering the interests of a great mass of co-contractors, both direct and intermediated, which in turn depend on that particular company (stakeholkders) or create dependency for others.
