De lege ferenda proposals relating to the disciplinary liability of the bailiff

Summary/Abstract: Having regard to the latest legislative changes in the civil procedural field expected to come into force very soon, the disciplinary liability institution of the bailiff should be reviewed, both in terms of disciplinary breaches, disciplinary sanctions, but also the trial procedure of such causes, whereas it will no longer comply with the new legal requirements, requiring the restriction of disciplinary bodies operating within the profession, the introduction of new disciplinary breaches, as well as rephrasing some of the breaches already existing, but also the removal of provisions that are inconsistent with other rules of law.
