Summary/Abstract: Motivation is one of the most specific and important issues for the explanation and the regulation of any conscious human activity , and in particular for the organization and management of activities. While motivation is one of the most underrated issues in the management of health activities , so it is necessary to clarify the nature and its importance for the effective organization and management of nursing activities. Aim of this study is to establish the level and nature of professional motivation and satisfaction of young nurses using a methodology for benchmarking in the public and private sector, and on this basis to justify the need to be more effective , in full realization and development of nurses . Object of the study hospitals in the Plovdiv region . A pilot survey of 76 randomly selected nurses. The results of her problems require nurses in Bulgaria to analyze complex to be solved effectively in the interest of public health. In this respect, one of the problems that requires special attention is the professional motivation and related satisfaction of nurses and their professional development activities.
