Summary/Abstract: Motivation is a powerful driving force for the implementation and regulation of any intentional human activity. Each person is a unique combination of genetic potential , personal and social qualities , needs, values and motives. While motivation is one of the most underrated issues in the management of health activities. The purpose of this article is primarily an overview – through literature review of the problem of professional motivation and satisfaction of the medical staff to analyze the motivation of employees in the healthcare medical professionals as an incentive for education, vocational self-improvement and achieving better financial results. Task of managers is to create suitable conditions such that people recognize and develop these human characteristics in themselves , they can achieve their own goals best by the direction of their own efforts the objectives of the organization in which they work. To improve staff motivation is necessary to reform the system of remuneration – except the actual increase in remuneration should be changed and the system of assessment.
