On the Copyright Assignment Contract

Summary/Abstract: This article concerns aspects of the outright sale of copyrights agreement based on the applicable law and doctrine. Conclusions and opinions of the doctrine, studies and commentaries of specialists have been taken into account regarding the definition of the agreement, the juridical specifics, the object, the mandatory provisions of the outright sale of copyright agreement, the methods of payment under the outright sale of copyright agreement, the revision of such agreement,its voidability,termination and expiry. By its contents,the article brings about the overall features of the very existence of such a contract; other commentaries and mentions of specialists are highlighted by this article regarding the main outright sale of copyright agreements which the current laws refer to in matters of copyright and other relating rights. This article is going to outline a simplistic radiography of the outright sale of copy right regarding the works that one created, towards another person,in compliance with the terms established by the applicable laws.
