Summary/Abstract: Advanced information technologies became absolutely necessary part of the companies in today’s competition and velocity environment. The emergence of new information technologies is rapidly changing. One of the new information technologies is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Companies adapt Enterprise Resource Planning because they want to decrease cost and increase the quality of their product and services. They also try to adapt their processes to more customer-oriented approach and effective customer reaction. The study aims to find out how adopt Enterprise Resource Planning implementation procedures is applied by two companies in Eskisehir province. Also, it identifies success factors, software selection steps, and implementation procedures critical to a successful implementation.
