Summary/Abstract: Lithuanian colleges increase the usage of websites for information dissemination and online services. A properly created website can increase the attractiveness of a college and to create an additional value for teachers, administrative workers, and students. This article evaluates the problems of user-friendliness of the websites of Lithuanian colleges. Analysis of scientific literature and of the structure of existing websites enabled to separate five important factors of the acceptability of websites, to identify the elements of each factor, to create a user-friendliness model. Factors and elements of this model were evaluated using a survey of students, teachers, administrative workers of colleges and graduates of secondary schools. A discussion of the results of the survey and conclusions are presented.
