ABORDAREA SFÂRŞITULUI VIEŢII-EUTANASIA UMANĂ, SAU INTERVENŢIA NEDREAPTĂ A OMULUI, ÎN PLANUL LUI DUMNEZEU
THE APPROACH OF THE END OF LIFE - HUMAN EUTHANASIA OR THE UNJUST INTERVENTION IN GOD’S PLAN

Summary/Abstract: The following rights, the right to live, the right to hospital care, the right to health and the right to autonomy, are the capital rights of human kind. All the international documents relating to the conditions for applying them are made very clearly. Such as: The Universal Delaration of Human Rights; The European Convention of Human Rights; The Constitution of Roumania etc. Concerning the ethimology, the word „euthanasia” refers to a good and peacefull death, without pain and suffering. Today, more than ever, the human kind is confronting very often, with the problem of human euthanasia, because of the horrible thouth of phisical suffering and incurable illness. Euthanasia is considerred active when another person had produced the death of somebody and here we can speak about assisted death too. Euthanasia is passive when the alimentation or treatment is interrupted with the approval of everyone involved. This immoral practice can not be authorized, because the moral and civil rights of human kind are broken. Although some countryes of Europe, but not only these, are practicing euthanasia withouth any restriction. Both Catholic and Orthodox Churches are not agreeing with this immoral practice witch attacks the fundamental cell of the society: the family and the supreme quality on witch it stands-love. Men must realize that he can not take something that he was not being able to create. Life was created and offered by God. So, if God is hard with somebody it means that He loves that person, because He is hard with all the „sons” who are comming to Him (Jews XII, 6). So, if someone doesn’t have pain and suffering in this life, this should rise a big question from the inside: „God had forgot me?”. In fact, through pain and suffering God is forgiving us some of our mistakes and sins. Death must not be consederred the last step of the life. After it, is begining another one, an etternal one in the Kingdom of Heaven, for those who have made good things and have belived in the Almighty God, or an etternal punishment for those who have made bad things and were not truly belivers in Him. But the last and permanent place where the souls shall be putted, will be decided at the Second Judgement, when Jesus Christ shall separate the good people bz the bad people. For deeper studying this problem, the Steering Committee on Bioethics (CDBI) have made a questionnaire, detailed bellow, that was applyed for thirty five european countryes interpreted and published in english and french on january 20th, 2003.
