The Clear Lack of Jurisdiction of EUCJ in the preliminary reference National Police Corps, C-134/12

Summary/Abstract: From the 43 preliminary rulings issued by Romanian courts, the European Union Court of Justice only answered 26. The last of them, C-134/12, the National Police Corps, can subscribe to a series of rulings to which the answer is null. Such preliminary rulings could help the EUCJ only regarding statistics. But if, for the national courts, a certain experience would not be found interesting, it would not deserve the attention of this study.
