Summary/Abstract: Internal marketing has become a new philosophy of organization performance, where the needs and expectations of internal customers (employees) presents the main pillars of this concept. Taking into consideration the fact, that this concept has a multiaspect design, selected aspects of internal marketing, mainly competences and internal partnership have been described. The article recognizes that, it is crucial to define the values when achieving employee’s satisfaction.
