Protection of small employers vs. political transformation in Poland – selected problems

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the study is the analysis of the axiological basics of employers’ differentiating due to the employment size as well as some problems connected with that differentiating, especially formal, organizational and financial charges. In the first part of the study I would like to focus on the issue of the employers’ differentiating due to the employment size, and consequently the axiology of supporting the small enterprises by the state. In the second part of the study I would like to analyze some special issues connected with the differentiating of employers’ obligations in the situation of small and medium employers. I would like also to mention some lack of legal solutions in some areas, which in my opinion should be axiologically reasonable.
