Summary/Abstract: Research hypothesis is that standardisation of performance measurement in separate economy section or division can be a basis for identification of performance measures in a separate company. The purpose of this article is the construction of performance measures set for a courier company. The manifestation of standardisation is a set of performance indicators used in the management of road transport and courier company undertakings. The measurement can be divided broadly into two groups: of the universal nature and the individual ones. The individual ones are those that reflect the specificity of the same company or sector. The study shows that the unification of measurement results can be realized through the creation of databases of measures and methodologies for measuring achievements for both universal and individual indicators.
