Summary/Abstract: The article deals with commenting of linguistic units with a cultural component in meaning as a teaching element of Russian lessons for foreigners. The author describes the model of commenting of lexical and phraseological units, quotes from movies which became precedent in modern discourse. Language facts, decoded on the base of certain models, are an extremely valuable source of not only linguistic but also cultural, historical information
