Summary/Abstract: In times of economic slowdown extent on the financial strength of Society, tax optimization becomes significant. In this article indicates Legal and Tax information, which are the basis for consideration of the superiority of doing business in personal form of commercial partnership on the individual form. Based on direct interviews and analysis of documents collected information on the significant benefits of a limited partnership, which in the end allowed the confirmation of the thesis of the themes presented.
