Responsibilities of Enterprises on Public Administration Institutions

Summary/Abstract: During all economic activity very entrepreneur has contact with at least four Offices.Depending on type of the business he number of public institutions which entrepreneur willcontact may increase. Presented in this article public administration institutions are the mostcommon that participate in the economic life of the entrepreneur. These offices have manyfunctions but the most important, for the person conducting business, are administrative,accounting, information, control and enforcement. Regulations about the rights and obligationsfor entrepreneurs and specific institutions are very extensive therefore the author limitedthe article to discussion of key legislation directly related to starting a business and obligingentrepreneur to complete certain tasks, depending on the law, during economic activity.
