Summary/Abstract: Fractal organization is included for novel organization models and many common features owns as learning, intelligent and virtual organization. Discussion of concept of fractal organization was a paper’s aim in light of problems of management this organizational model of conducting business activity in more and more changeable environment. Requirement of decentralization and great autonomy of employee is underlined in this case, that brings results in growth of innovation and elasticity. In fractal organization very important is also a focus on satisfying the present and future consumers’ needs that implies the necessity of relation capital development
