Summary/Abstract: The subject of this paper is to analyze the two concepts in Article 126 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on the protection of nature: 1. State liability for damage caused by protected species (bison, wolves, lynx, bear and beaver). 2. Liability for damage caused by wild animals in national parks, wildlife protection zones and nature reserves.
