The importance of general resources for dairy cooperatives from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The functioning of organizations is based on the usage of their resources. Despite the fact that some resources, owned by enterprises, are the same, or similar, each of them differently perceives their importance from the point of view of competitiveness. Hence the purpose of this article is to analyze the validity and state of individual resources in the field of general resources on the example of selected dairy cooperatives form the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Based on the research, it was found that each cooperative perceives the importance of used general resources in a different way. From the point of view of competitiveness, a tendency for active competition (non-avoidance of the competition) and participation in strategic alliances were assessed the highest. At the same time, each of the cooperatives assessed the state of used resources as similar to the competition.
