Summary/Abstract: The article contains the model of relationships between organization’s goals, organizational learning and communication. The proof of mentioned relationships is the main goal of the research, which was conducted with the use of the survey research of two hundred and seven organizations and case studies of three selected companies. The relationship between the main company’s goal and organizational learning is the main outcome of this research. The part of organizactional learning methods is used more often in organizations directed for development and less often in organizations directed for profit. Equal important is the evidance of the important role of communication methods in innovation creation through the use of organizational learning methods.
