Perpetual usufruct in the context of annual fees updating dispute

Summary/Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the process of dispute in case of updating the annual fee paid by the perpetual user. The author outlined the origin of the right of perpetual usufruct, and then define its basic features and importance for the revenue in selected cities. Having this background the author analyzes the process of updating the annual fee in a theoretical sense, then she transfers it to the ground of practical considerations. The study is based on statistical data provided by the Central Statistical Office, the reports of Municipal Boards of Appeal and own database of court cases.
