An application of taxonomic methods in assessing the attractiveness of Szczecin estates

Summary/Abstract: In the era of multitude of information that is gathered by each market participant every day, methods that can reduce data set dimension have to be in use. This is one of the tasks of taxonomic methods. The authors proposed in the article the use of taxonomic methods to assess the attractiveness of Szczecin estates. A proposal has been supported by an empirical example, in which a ranking of Szczecin estates by their attractiveness was conducted.
