Summary/Abstract: The region of Warmia and Mazury has one of the biggest indicators of the share of agricultural land in Poland being in the resources of WRSP. Since 2004, we witness increased demand in the acquisition of agricultural property either by individual farmers or entities previously not associated with agriculture. A significant increase in transaction prices of agricultural real estate in recent years is the impact of agricultural land limited supply and external factors related to the functioning of Polish agriculture in the economy of the European Community. The purpose of this article is the analysis of transaction prices in auctions limited and unlimited, and sales to existing tenants on the example of undeveloped agricultural properties that are in the resource of "ANR OT Olsztyn". The analysis covered the transactions in the period from January 1, 2012 to March 31, 2014. The research was conducted on the basis of database transactions conducted by the Olsztyn branch of ANR.
