In this way it observe some similarities, but also the differences which lead those two conservative species in competitive directions, in domestic and foreign affairs as well. The main distinction concerns their standpoints about government’s fundamental reason: while the Americans proclaim the market supremacy, the Russians want to emerge the state authority over the oligarchs influence. By consequence, in the international relations the Unites States try to establish a unique type of economics and society based on universal market laws, opposite Russia who wants a plural political and social system with several predominant states.
