Summary/Abstract: The article presents how minorities rights are use by the international financial power and by the technocratic leaders of the European Union against a possible democratic concentration inside of each national state. In fact, the minorities rights become arguments to determine boundaries for the majority political action, witch risk to undermine the free trade system and the banks supremacy over the governments. Thus, they become legal and moral instruments to limit the national sovereignty and the rising popular opposition to the system, compromised as a so called nationalistic or extremist attitude.
