Paternalism in government regulation of markets

Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article are considerations on the concepts of behavioral state regulation of markets in light of the concept of a paternalistic state put forward on the basis of law, political philosophy and mainstream economics. The conducted considerations indicate that behavioral concepts of regulation are immature and vary compared to mainstream economics in terms of assumptions about the nature of economic agent. This makes difficult to treat both areas as complementary
