Summary/Abstract: The paper presents that investment process is characterized by considerable variability in the parameters of both the object of investment, as well as the actors involved in its implementation and a wide range of social impact. Variability of process conditions and social responsibility often generate the need for rapid decision making with a high degree of risk. Hence, constantly looking for new ways of designing a complex of separate organizational structures, based on a flexible planning and organizing of investment and continuous improvement of style and management techniques.
