Summary/Abstract: The paper aims to analyze the greenfield investments, but also the share of greenfield investment projects by sector and branches in total greenfield foreign direct investment, in the period 2003-2011. In our research, centred on international comparisons, we will highlight the trends in the evolution of greenfield investments as well as the share of greenfield investment within FDI inflows.
