Summary/Abstract: Using the UE financial resources within fund the projects require meet the conditions. One of the conditions is the evidence of the expenses and costs of projects. The goal of this article is to the performance of principles of documenting the expenses and costs qualifying to the co-financing with UE centres. The article's development was preceded by literature studies and the legal connected from funding projects realized with UE centres acts. The main of the method in this article arc the analysis of sources and the method of deduction and the induction. The introduced in article procedure of conduct in range of documenting born costs and expenses the qualifying to co-financing with the UE centres the state the source of information for incumbents the duty of accounts of project on which rests costs. Only correctly the supplied documentary evidence, on basis of proper the accountants' proofs stocked in suitable description, qualified costs and expenses the connected with realization of given project costs can be funded with the UE centres.
