Summary/Abstract: In this article was introduced the problems of social responsibility to environmental of energetic enterprises. From consideration on influence this sector of economy on environmental, the market condition in what these enterprises function and the current legal recipes, the real becomes the qualification of participation of these enterprises in the realization of social responsibility conception to environmental. The aim of article is presentation of idea of social responsibility conception of energetic sector to environ-mental. In this article moreover was attempt of qualification of range the eco-investments directly realized by these enterprises in thought of objective conception. The analysis of literature sources is the main method applied in this article.
