Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the issue of dividend payments in small and medium companies listed on the NewConnect market. The analysis of payments leads to the conclusion that the majority of these companies do not have a long-term dividend policy. For a variety of reasons, dividend payments are not a priority for these companies.
