Summary/Abstract: This study explores the potential of Restorative Justice in school settings. The Restorative approaches are considered an opportunity for preventative, social, educational and correctional resocialization work toward juveniles with deviant behavior; some successful examples are offered. The applicability of Restorative Justice toward school bullying is analyzed.
