Summary/Abstract: The work „Shadow Overtime”, for clarinet, string quartet and electronic music, belongs to 2012 and is an experiment of acoustic combining of “classic” instruments with electronic elements. Digital music is perfectly embedded in the musical development as a whole, it is not an adjacent complement, but rather a stand-alone instrument. The only constraint is given by fixing the metric regularity, where the giusto character is dominant detrimental to agogic, but this is partly offset by moments of “solo instrument” of the string quartet, together with the clarinet.
