Summary/Abstract: The paper presents two models of preference asymmetric data analysis: the dominance point model and the gravity model. In the dominance point model a joint configuration consists of points representing objects and the point which represents the hypothetical object having the strongest competitive power. The gravity model was used for the graphical presentation of the changes in respondents’ preferences in a definite period. Its advantage is that it can be used to compare two, not necessarily exactly the same sets of objects in different periods of time.
