Summary/Abstract: This article focus on showing the place, which the innovative actions take and the creation the knowledge in Polish clusters, which is the main aim of this article. The particular parts are subordinated to the main aim of this article, in which the theoretical basics of innovation and basics clusters issues have been showed. Also we can find in this article the level for innovative activity in Polish clusters. Study literature and data from the reports about clusters development have been used in this article
