Summary/Abstract: The implementation of talent management is not only a postulate but also practice in Polish enterprises.The purpose of the article is an attempt to verify if the implementation of the talents orientation affects the way of human capital management. In the study, the independent variable was the level of talent orientation. Dependent variables were the activities undertaken by the organization in the field of human capital management. Looking for an answer for the question quantitative research in Polish enterprises was conducted (N=210). The means between the companies stronger and weaker talents oriented were compared. The analysis showed that companies strongly focused on talents perform better with the identification, recruitment, assessment, and development of employees.
