The praxeological approach applied to the T.H. Davenport concept of human capital

Summary/Abstract: The importance of the process of human capital management for the survival and development of modern organizations increases. Every process, by definition, gives the possibility of measuring it, especially to assess effectiveness and efficiency. This paper attempts to develop a measure of effectiveness and efficiency of human capital on the basis of praxiology − the science of efficient action. The basis is the definition of human capital proposed by T.H. Davenport.
