Summary/Abstract: This article concerns using games as a training tool which may develop managerial competency. The authors intention is to present a Strategic Management Game which is an example of a computer decision game. In this game competitors make strategic decisions about production location, sales destination, suppliers, employment, human resources, promotion and financial policy. According to a conducted simulation, participation in this game may develop not only conceptual skills such as the ability of strategic thinking and holistic thinking, but also design skills such as analyzing and diagnosing organizational problems or making strategic decisions.
