Summary/Abstract: Globalization as a process starts around the beginning of 90’s and în Zbigniew Brezinski’s views the so called world security equation cannot be upheld whithout and outside the American supremacy and “…the growth of the global security is an essential component of the national security…”. National security having as a baseline the war against global terrorism is an alternative that could be changed with a national security process based on global crisis. Coming back to the equation part – the security equation of the future lies în strong partnerships.
