Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present grants for employment as a form of state aid and de minimis aid granted by the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities and the role played by the contribution to support the employment of people with disabilities in Poland. The author presented the form of aid and de minimis aid used to support the employment of people with disabilities and financed by the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in the years 2008–2011 and identified the importance of subsidies in the process employment support of people with disabilities in Poland.
