Household finance management under condition of deteriorating macroeconomic situation

Summary/Abstract: Under conditions of deteriorating macroeconomic situation, the issue of effective personal finance management gains particular importance. The need for reflection over financial decisions taken by households appears, in context of instability and uncertainty of environment. The aim of article is to analyze key financial decisions of households, which they undertake under deteriorating macroeconomic conditions, influencing their effective financial management. For the purpose of this article following hypothesis has been chosen: Under deteriorating macroeconomic conditions households undertake more rational financial choices, which is reflected in saving increase and decrease in lending.
