Summary/Abstract: The aim of the following elaboration is to present the mentioned transformations that occurred in the sectors of national economy from the perspective of employees’ displacement, their competence and level of salaries in 2008-2009. The noticeable transformations of the employment structure are one of the most essential factors determining the economic development.
