Summary/Abstract: This article is aimed at establishing causes of self-organization of peer production process specific to Internet. The main goal of the paper is verification of hypotheses relating to peer production participants strive to achieve psychosocial health. It was considered that this form allows to achieve it, because of specificity economic and social aspects determinants product produced in partnership model. The considerations carried out in the article use the theories of: transaction costs, work by W.S. Jevons and motivation by A.H. Maslow.
