The favourable economic and legislative environment, the progress of education, the demographic transition and the committed institutional reforms are the principal factors which encouraged the entry of women at the Tunisian labour market. In this regard, can one admit that this favourable evolution implies the reduction of the inequalities suffered by women in the labour market?
